After the SWLS Spring Meet, a group of us with trailers went to load full scale railroad ties. Thanks go to Dave, Cindy, John, Ben, and Lori for helping to load and haul the ties. They will be used for retaining walls. One wall will support a ramp for the tractor to reach the ballast tipple loading height. Most of the rest will be used to build a bunker for future ballast deliveries. Of course, while were at the rail yard, we loaded up more 2×2 material for scale ties.
