The first caboose is best remembered as the yard office structure. This photo was taken from a VHS recording of the 1988 Spring Meet in Manor, Texas.

With its foot pegs located under the cupola, #12 was typically run backwards to accommodate a rider. It is pictured here at the Onion Creek location. The significance of the number 12 is unknown.
